Rock-Ola part # 43469,    Rowe-AMI part # F 13031 (= 2-13031-00 or 200-13031), also known as F18340A = 2-18340-01 on later models.

The Shure M-44 cartridge for which this stylus is intended, is a moving magnet type cartridge (= "Dynetic Variable Reluctance") with a frequency response from 20 Hz to 17 KHz with an output of 7 millivolts.      Stylus/needle has a 7 mil diamond tip – designed to track at 1.5 to 4 gms force.
