BRAND  NEW  DUAL-TIPPED STYLUS/NEEDLE. The "main" needle is a 7 mil diamond tip, the other side is a synthetic sapphire (also 7 mil but would rarely get used in a juke unless you flipped the needle over).

I have owned, operated, collected and repaired (and loved!) juke boxes for more than 44 years and I may be able to help you with service information and/or information about parts availability.
